Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, the CEO/owner of PROFITABLE AD CAMPAIGNS has the right to do the following without giving any notice. They have the right to refuse or remove any user’s account from the website if in their reasonable opinion such user is violating any of the terms or any policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable. The admins/owners at their discretion terminate or deny access to and use of the services to any individual or entity for any reason. SECTION 10 - REFUND POLICY

We have a 100% 30 days satisfaction-based Refund Policy. We will refund your whole amount if you are not satisfied with our program, campaign, and results within 30 days of your purchase. However, the Refund Policy is strictly based on the satisfaction of the user. Otherwise, there is no refund once the order has been processed. Please make sure that you understand our refund policy and ensure that all criteria are met before initiating the Refund request. This policy has been written using simple language and simple words. No relaxation of any kind will be awarded to you if you have been unable to understand any terms or rules of this policy. In case of confusion make sure to e-mail us as soon as possible.

10.1. Time Limit

All users can ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase if they are not satisfied with the results. If 30 days have passed, we will be unable to offer you any refund. No further days will be awarded to anyone for any reason for the refund.

10.2. Conditions Of Refund

In order for us to proceed in giving you a refund, the following conditions must be met:

a) The Refund Policy is conditional and that condition is the non-satisfaction of the user.

b) In order to successfully claim a refund, the user must provide the completed worksheets that can be found under each video. The user must e-mail the worksheets at [email protected].

c) The user/buyer must further provide the proof of adspend showing the campaign’s key performance indicators.

d) They need to provide proof of finishing the worksheets for each video (5 videos), proof of campaign build, and proof of results.

Note: To prevent any unnecessary abuse of our Refund Policy we have a right to reject any refund request which in our reasonable opinion do not comply with the standards of our Refund Policy.

10.3. Refund Process

Once your refund has been processed successfully please allow 7 to 10 business for the amount to be automatically applied to your PayPal, credit card, or original method of payment.

We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website and it’s services following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
